[755-1] Location of mgc directory

Folks, 

Before you start the 2nd phase of your assignment note that
it is important to have your mgc directory in your home
directory (as opposed to your private dir or anywhere else).
It is also important to add the icgraph-startup that
I described in an earlier email. That startup file only
works if your mgc directory is at your home directory,
and it configures the right relation between lambda
units and grid spaces in IC station.

If you need to move your mgc directory, do so with 
Design Manager. Also, after you move your mgc directory,
you need to edit your mgc_location_map file so that
the PROJ_PARTS_your_account_name variable is set to 
the full path of your mgc directory.
