[755-1] Hierarchical Layout Cells

Hi all,

A number of people (Irwan, Abid, Dongxing) asked
for more details on the creation of hierarchical
layout cells. I have added some stuff on
this issue in the 3rd tutorial (the one that was
talking about full-custom layout). This issue
was also discussed in the 3rd discussion session.

Note that the main step of the procedure is to
make a cell (using the Objects -> Make -> Cell menu)
from your full-custom layout design. Then, you
instantiate this cell in higher-level cells using
the Add_Objects -> Add_Cell operation of the Easy Edit
menu.

Please let me know if you have problems with this or
with other parts of this asignment. The goal is to
finish with this phase of the assignment in the next
week, then spend a week or so on a short SDL assignment,
and then start your project.
