[755-1] Hierarchical SDL

Folks

It seems that doing hierarchical layout with 
SDL creates problems, some of them I don't know
how to fix. 

So, you do not have to do the last part of the assignment
(the 4-bit hierarchical design). When I find out
what the problem is, I will email to the class
and I will add an appendix or something to David
Zar's tutorial.
