Directory descriptions:

src.seq:    Sequential code in C.  Shamik hacked this up.  The array macros are 
	    remnants of a conversion from F77 to C.   This benchmark in some ways 
	    is an artificial benchmark.  However, it resembles a class of scientific 
	    computations on static unstructured meshes. 

src.single: Single processor version on Tempest.  This should be used for 
            uniprocessor measurements.
